The first thing your going to need is to find a drawer to place the urge to call everything you find paranormal!  That being done I can not stress a good pair of boots. Boots are not only good outside but can save your ass a great deal of pain and maybe even death inside as well. You get hurt, go to the ER, tell them what you were doing, and, unless you have everything in writing, since trespassing is a crime, the Health insurance company can refused to pay because the injury was sustained while partaking in an illegal act. A backpack with the following; first aid kit, camera, flashlight, cell phone, rope and duct tape. Now if you're smart, you won't need as much because you will start small. Try a friends house or a small graveyard. BEWARE! in some places it is against the law to be in a graveyard after dark so find out who you need to speak with to cover yourself. At the very least vandals could blame you with their own doings since no one knew you were going to be there either. In a perfect world someone who is already doing it would take you on as a trainee but that's not always possible. If you can find others with the mind to do so, why not start your own team? All starting at the same place and learning together will provide you with moral support when you will need it the worst. Now get on the internet and start researching and planning the first one until the next time........
